Changes to Terms & Conditions

Changes to Terms & Conditions

  1. General

We will review the operation of the scheme from time to time with the aim of maintaining and improving the benefit offered to both consumers and operators.

The Code of Conduct, Terms & Conditions and accompanying Guidance Notes are legally binding on SWC members. The Support With Confidence Scheme reserves the right to make changes to these provisions at any time, at its sole discretion. Changes will become effective as soon as the updated provision is published on the SWC website

  1. Notice of changes

We will notify members of significant changes to the Code of Conduct, Terms and Conditions, and Guidance Notes by posting an appropriate notice on the website; and/or by email addressed to the member’s last known contact and/or by letter addressed to the last known address.  SWC members remain responsible for checking the SWC website from time to time, and in particular when renewing membership, to ensure they are aware of updates and are compliant with the requirements of the scheme.
