As part of the application process we will advise you of the legislation applicable to your activities and, where appropriate, we will provide you with advice on what you need to do in order to comply. It is a requirement of membership that you comply with applicable legislation and Codes of Practice and follow reasonable advice provided by us.
There are a number of websites which allow you to identify the legislation applicable to your activities; these are searchable by the services you provide.
This allows you to search by your service type, lists the applicable legislation and provides Fact Sheets and links to your relevant local authority
The Government, citizens and rights section contains information about your customer’s rights.
